You might find a great holiday deal online,
book it, but when you arrive you realise it
is different from the pictures and it is not
matching your expectations. We offer you
tried and trusted hotels, drivers with years
of experience, guides with best knowledge
and cars most suitable and comfortable for
your journeys. .
If something goes wrong on your trip, we will go to bat for you -- no matter who is at fault -- and try to get your vacation back on track. If there is a problem or it’s a complex booking you can always reach someone, there are no call centres / automated answering machines so you can always speak to an expert. Whereas many online holiday companies don’t even give out a phone number. Also your money is safe as per our Cancellation Policy.
To get a good deal online you generally need to book with several providers: hotel company, airport transfers company, car rentals etc so you have lots of different confirmations to keep track of. With us everything is in one place so you still get the flexibility for finding what you want for the right price, but without the messiness.
We have access to a variety of tools that the average consumer is not able to use or doesn't know about. Have you ever wonder why the couple in the room next to yours got champagne and you didn't? They probably used us. For example, we have inner knowledge about what is happening in wildlife safari on daily basis and therefore we are able to book the best possible zones, which increases the chances for Tiger spotting. Also according to your visiting dates our experts can advise you for most popular fairs and festivals (back link of festival calendar) happening in and around the cities.
Looking online for a holiday is very time consuming: deciding where to go, researching what there is to do in the area and if it’s safe finding the right hotel, finding the right price – the list goes on… visas, how to get to the airport, how to get to the hotel when you land, blah blah blah. It’s stressful, by the time you finished booking your holiday you really do need one! We do all of this for you so you don’t actually have to lift a finger. The price you get is likely to be similar to what you could find yourself online, maybe a little bit higher if we are honest, but how many hours would you have spent looking? Sometimes a package that you book yourself or through big travel agents have hidden costs like transfers, late night dinners, off route sightseeing etc what makes the experience appear cheaper. We are transparent about those surprises and hidden costs.
We are some of the most well-rounded, funny, personable and knowledgeable people you'll meet. We are a team who comes from backgrounds than you can even count -- we have been frequent travellers, hotel owners, tour guides, cab drivers and above of all we are honest. We all have one thing in common: we are passionate about sharing the world with you. Take advantage of our stories and services.
